Terminals...

Okay...
Today, our lesson mainly was on how to create, rename, copy and delete a directory, as well as a file through the use of the terminal.
It was fun to learn such things because while I am trying to apply it, I don't know what might happen and once i'm done, it was great.
One of the tricky part is to change a directory because sometimes it needs more specific things; like the symbol ~ (tilde)and a slash (/). It was fun(?) to guess on how to make that "on one command..." trigger stuff... Did I succeed?.. Maybe yes, maybe no... All that matters now is that I'm done with that.

What else can I say... It was fun... Fun...

Directories.... hmmm......

Today, we learned (but actually I already learned it before) how to use the terminal and to change its directories. It is actually fun to do. I also wondered why. The tough part is when you miss a single character or or a simple slash. So best expect that if you do not know what to type exactly, just try the trial and error approach and keep trying... and yeah, PRAY that it will work. Another tip: the saying "Patience is a vitrue" might help. Want to try it? Try the "terminal" program on Ubuntu. They say there is also a counterpart of it in Windows. I'm not sure but I think it is the MS DOS...
Well, that's all... nothing more to say...

Blogging...

Well, this is actually my first (excluding introducing myself) time to write a blog. I do not know what to write, which to write and when to write it. I hope I make it out of this mess in one piece. I know some guys there who blogs, and one of them was my professor. They say you could make a living out of this.True? I don't know and I don't care. As long as i now have my own blog, that's it. Hmm... What else? I guess there is nothing more to say so i think i have to cut this blog short.

Who am I?

Hello. You might be curious who I am. Well, let me introduce myself. I am Jan Carlo P. Batuampo, 16 years of age. I do not have much to say about myself because I do not like to describe myself that much. But fine, I'll spill some information.
I am the son of Angelita and Jesus Batuampo. The only son to be exact. I was born at Cainta, Rizal, on the 11th day of July, 1994. I do not have much to say about my family because we are just a simple bunch of people trying to cope up with life just like everyone else.
I prefer to be with friends because without them, my life would suck. My favorite color would be black. Why? Because for me, it means sincerity and silence. Yes, silence. Even though I may become one of the most talkative in our group, I sometimes prefer to be alone and be quiet just to give myself time to appreciate the things around me.
Uh, that's about it. To tell you the truth, I'd rather let others judge me on their own personal view than telling them who i really am.
