Forms

This is probably the last entry of this blog. When we discussed about forms, I had a hard time memorizing all the possible inputs, but i still was able to finish it... For me, this was one of the easiest exercise to do because I was lucky enough to apply the right attributes at the right areas so it was not that hard to pull off...
That's it...

CSS

Today the lesson on our lab class is all about the CSS format and using it to create a HTML file... CSS makes the formatting of the HTML much faster and easier... Typing the attribute comes only once and it will be easier to apply... Yes, it is slightly complicated but the results are worth the effort I would say...

Html

Today we made a webpage using html format it was tiring to type a lot of codes just to change a very small part of the webpage. It was fun especially when you *finally* become sucessful in applying the attributes. For me the best part was to find a background for my webpage since it is one that you would immediately when you open the page.

I think that's about it. So just wait for next time....

Google Searching

Today, the lesson was to learn how to search on Google.com. With all those articles added to the site daily(or even every second), it will be easy to get lost in all those suggested pages. The following are the tips on how to search on Google(as accurate as possible).

Weather:
type: weather <city,country/country code>

Definitions:
type: define: <word>

Related Web Pages:
type: related:<website>

Fill in the blanks:
type: <phrase/statement and replace the unknown word or phrase with *>

Conversion:
type: <given>to <unit of wanted answer>

Calculator:
type: <equation>

Terminals...

Okay...
Today, our lesson mainly was on how to create, rename, copy and delete a directory, as well as a file through the use of the terminal.
It was fun to learn such things because while I am trying to apply it, I don't know what might happen and once i'm done, it was great.
One of the tricky part is to change a directory because sometimes it needs more specific things; like the symbol ~ (tilde)and a slash (/). It was fun(?) to guess on how to make that "on one command..." trigger stuff... Did I succeed?.. Maybe yes, maybe no... All that matters now is that I'm done with that.

What else can I say... It was fun... Fun...

Directories.... hmmm......

Today, we learned (but actually I already learned it before) how to use the terminal and to change its directories. It is actually fun to do. I also wondered why. The tough part is when you miss a single character or or a simple slash. So best expect that if you do not know what to type exactly, just try the trial and error approach and keep trying... and yeah, PRAY that it will work. Another tip: the saying "Patience is a vitrue" might help. Want to try it? Try the "terminal" program on Ubuntu. They say there is also a counterpart of it in Windows. I'm not sure but I think it is the MS DOS...
Well, that's all... nothing more to say...

Blogging...

Well, this is actually my first (excluding introducing myself) time to write a blog. I do not know what to write, which to write and when to write it. I hope I make it out of this mess in one piece. I know some guys there who blogs, and one of them was my professor. They say you could make a living out of this.True? I don't know and I don't care. As long as i now have my own blog, that's it. Hmm... What else? I guess there is nothing more to say so i think i have to cut this blog short.
